The Super Eagle has landed! Fulham boss Roy Hodgson agrees £2.5m fee for Nigeria striker Kalu Uche
Fee agreed: Kalu Uche
Kalu Uche is on his way to Craven Cottage after Fulham agreed a £2.5million deal with his club Almeria.
The Nigeria striker is wanted after Fulham missed out on Peter Crouch, who moved to London rivals Tottenham Hotspur last month.
Uche has been capped 15 times for the Super Eagles and has had spells playing for Espanyol, Wisla Krakow and Bordeaux.
Meanwhile highly rated central defender Brede Hangeland has played down a move to Arsenal, despite consistent speculation of a move to the Emirates.
Fulham manager Roy Hodgson has also given Danish defender Magnus Troest a trial.
